§ MR. LAWRENCE (Liverpool, Abercromby)To ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether any vacancies exist in the upper section of second-class clerks; and, if so, when they will be filled; what will be the age of the clerks then promoted; and to what scale of salary the promotions will entitle them.
