HC Deb 13 April 1905 vol 145 c76
MR. DELANY (Queen's County, Ossory)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether a claim for reinstatement has been received from Thomas Flanaghan, Clonaghadoe, who was evicted in 1884 from a holding on the Adair Estate, near Mcuntmellick, Queen's County; and, in view of the fact that the Estates Commissioners are at present in treaty for the purchase of the portion of the estate at present on the landlord's hands, can he say if Flanaghan's claim shall be considered, more particularly as the planter in occupation of Flanaghan's farm has come into possession since January 1st, 1901.

MR. ATKINSON

The estate in question has not come before the Commissioners. An application for reinstatement has been received from Flanaghan, and will be considered when opportunity arises.
