MURPHY (Kerry, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can explain why the Report of the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland for the year 1903 is only just now issued; and if, having regard to the continued delay which takes place in connection with the publication of this Report as well as the Reports of Irish Boards and the consequent depreciation in their value for different purposes, he will take steps to ensure reasonable punctuality in future.
