JOSEPH DEVLINI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the revised estimates and plans for new school houses in Ireland are yet in the hands of the Commissioners of National Education; and, if so, when will the approved plans be carried into practical operation.
