WEIRI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that letters and newspapers ported in Dingwall on Wednesday night, or early on Thursday morning, are not despatched to Glasgow or Edinburgh by the first train leaving for the South at 7.30 a.m., but are kept until the 9.40 a.m. train, with the result that they are frequently not delivered until Friday morning; and will he consider the expediency of arranging for a despatch from Dingwall by the earlier or both trains.
