To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if an application has been made to him with regard to the appointment of any kind of Commission on the subject of Irish Railways; if so, does he contemplate acceding to the application; will it be a Vice-Regal Commission; how will it be constituted; and what will be the scope of its duties.
