§ DR. MACNAMARAI beg to ask the Postmaster - General whether the Return just issued, No. 88, "Statement showing the aggregate amount of the Liabilities of the Government to Depositors in Post Office Savings Banks on 31st December, 1903, etc.," is the form adopted for Returns to be made annually; if so, whether a Return in this form will be supplementary to a statement of the nature and amount of the securities standing in the names of the Commissioners for the Reduction of the National Debt, such as that contained in the Fiftieth Report of the Postmaster-General, or whether it will be substituted for such a Return.
