CHARLES HOBHOUSE (Bristol, E.)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs for what reason the title of Chief Justice has been taken away from the Judge at the head of the British Supreme Court at Shanghai; and whether, in view of the importance attached to the title by British residents in China, the former appellation can be restored.
