§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY (Mr. VICTOR CAVENDISH,) Derbyshire, W.The total area of Crown land in England and Wales under the management of the Commissioners of Woods at present enclosed as woodland is about 46,098 acres, of which about 18,267 acres are let for shooting, whilst 131 the public is altogether excluded from about 5,031 acres.
