JOHN ELLISI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has now telegraphed Lord Milner for the information needful for the Return of names, ages, salaries, qualifications, experience, and previous careers of the persons appointed to be magistrates in the Transvaal, which was promised by him in February last, and with what result; and when the House may expect to be in possession of these particulars.
