HC Deb 17 May 1904 vol 135 c43
MR. LUNDON (Limerick, E.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say what progress has been made with the sale of the estate of the late Michael Marshall Lloyd-Apjohn, in the parish of Nicker, and county of Limerick, which has been for a long time in the Land Judge's Court; whether the Receiver to the estate has made any offer or terms of sale to the tenants, or have the tenants offered any terms for purchase; or is there any probability of an immediate arrangement.

MR. WYNDHAM

In February the Land Judge authorised the Receiver to negotiate with the tenants with a view to the sale of holdings. Negotiations have been entered into and are at present in progress.
