HC Deb 16 May 1904 vol 134 cc1395-6
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY

I beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he can state why a boy named Mark Finnerty, of Croom, in the county of Limerick, who got ninth place in the examination last August for male learners in the General Post Office, and who obtained medical certificate, has not yet been called upon to fill one of the vacancies then existing.

LORD STANLEY

I am glad to inform the hon. Member that an opportunity has occurred for admitting Finnerty as a learner in Dublin.
