§ SIR JOHN COLOMB (Great Yarmouth)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether his attention has been called to the fact that the German Navy Bill of 12th June, 1900, provided for laying down two battleships in 1904, two in 1905, and two in 1905; and, if so, can he say whether this programme is being carried out according to its provisions, or whether the building of these battleships has been accelerated.
