Member is aware that it is impossible to take these Bills before the Whitsuntide holidays, and he understands that it would be generally inconvenient to take them in the week in which the House reassembles. I am, however, extremely desirous to pass the Second Reading as early as I can, but I do not know that. I can make any specific statement as to dates.
