BRYCE (Aberdeen, S.)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any communications regarding the Expedition, or "Mission," now in Tibet have passed between His Majesty's Government and the Russian Government since 17th November, 1903; and, if so, what has been the nature or purport of those communications; and when the Papers containing them will be presented to Parliament.
