HC Deb 09 May 1904 vol 134 cc762-3
SIR EDWARD STRACHEY

T beg to ask the hon. Member for North Huntingdonshire, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, whether, seeing that there is still much doubt amongst fanners as to railway companies allowing milk churns to be locked, the Board of Agriculture will circulate a leaflet explaining that all railway companies allow milk churns to be sent by rail either locked or sealed and at the same rate as for unlocked or unsealed milk churns.

MR. AILWYN FELLOWES

A leaflet on the subject referred to by the hon. Member is in course of preparation.
