Mr. HENRY HOBHOUSE reported from the Committee on Group No. 8 of Railway Bills, That the parties opposing the London United Tramways Bill had stated that the evidence of Police Inspector E. Digby was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Police Inspector E. Digby do attend the said Committee to-day at Three of the clock.

Ordered, That Police Inspector E. Digby do attend the Committee on Group No. 8 of Railway Bills to-day, at Three of the clock.
