TREVELYANI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will take steps to amend the Standing Orders so as to secure that Bills introduced by private Members which have passed their Second Reading shall be sent, without further debate or division, to such Committee as the Speaker or Chairman of Committees shall select.
