HC Deb 03 May 1904 vol 134 c263
MR. J. P. FAREELL

I beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether he will cause inquiry to be made in Longford into the arrangements for stamping, labelling, and packing parcels at night, with a view to some arrangement being made either for the employment of a special despatch clerk at the work, or remuneration being given to the night postman, who at present is, on turn, compelled to do the work.

LORD STANLEY

I am having inquiry made and will communicate the result to the hon. Member.
