§ MR. COCHRANE (for Mr. Akers-Douglas)Taking the last two years for which Returns have been published, it appears that in 1900 justices refused to renew licences on the sole ground of their being not required in sixty-four cases, and in sixty-one other cases on that ground coupled with other grounds. In 1903 the figures were 220 and 201 respectively. I am afraid I have no means of answering the second part of the Question.
