HC Deb 02 May 1904 vol 134 c121
MR. SWIFT MACNEILL

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Bloomfield Estate, near Pettigo, is in the Land Judge's Court; and, if so, how long has it been in that Court; is it solvent or insolvent; and whether it can be sold under the fortieth Section of the Act of 1896 or under the recent Land Purchase Act.

MR. WYNDHAM

I have informed the hon. Member by letter that there is difficulty in identifying the particular state in question, and that if he will be good enough to tell me the Christian name of the owner I will cause further inquiry to be made.
