SIR MANCHERJEE BHOWNAGGREE (Bethnal Green, N.E.)

To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has any official information to the effect that the Tibetan mission which was expected at St. Petersburg last month has been informed by Russia that a later date would be more opportune for its reception, and that the mission will accordingly reach St. Petersburg at the end of May with presents for the Tsar from the Dalai Lama.
