To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what were See page 610. the numbers of the Royal Irish Constabulary officers and men in 1880, and the annual expenditure for the maintenance of the force, the numbers and annual expenditure in 1890, in 1900, and in 1903.
