§ MR. O'DOWDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has yet received the report of the engineer recently sent to inspect the Owenmore River district, in the county of Sligo; and, if so, will he state the nature of the report and say 851 whether it recommends any scheme for the drainage of that river.
