§ 2. "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £197,677, be granted to His Majesty to defray, the Charge which will come in course of payment during the 450 year ending on the 31st day of March, 1904, for making good deficiencies on the Income Accounts of the Funds for Trustee Savings Banks, Friendly Societies, and Post Office Savings Banks."
