§ MR. GRENFELL (Buckinghamshire, Wycombe)said that the only question in connection with the Bill was as to which of two competing companies should supply the district mentioned with water. The Amersham Company had the support of every local authority concerned, including the Buckinghamshire County 455 Council. He, therefore, hoped the House would give the Bill a Second Reading.
