§ MR. LONSDALE (Armagh, Mid)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state the terms of reference to the Commission of Inquiry into the subject of Trinity College leases in relation to land purchase; and whether he has any communication to make to the House as to the form and composition of such Commission.
§ MR. WYNDHAMThe terms of reference are still under consideration. Until they have been settled, I have no statement to make in respect of the proposed Commission.
