CLANCY (Dublin County, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any appointments have been made to the staff of the Meath Hospital (the county Dublin infirmary) since the passing of the Local Government Act, 1898; and, if so, what appointments have been made and by whom.
§ MR. WYNDHAMTwo appointments have been made since the date mentioned to the position of Visiting Surgeon to this Hospital. Both appointments were made, I understand, by the Joint Committee constituted under Section 15 of the Act of 1898.
