§ (Answered by Mr. Pretyman.) The total estimated expenditure out of loans under all Naval Works Acts in the two years 1903–4 and 1904–5 is £8,605,387. Of this 219 £3,407,387 will, it is estimated, have been expended by the 31st instant, leaving £5,198,000 available for 1904–5. The
