reported from the Committee on Group No. 1 of Railway Bills, That the parties promoting the Humber Commercial Railway and Dock Bill had stated that the evidence of Captain John Whitley Dixon, R.N., Humber Conservancy Office, Hull, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Captain John Whitley Dixon, R.N., do attend the said Committee upon Monday next, at half-past eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That Captain John Whitley Dixon, R.N., do attend the Committee on Group No. 1 of Railway Bills upon Monday next, at half-past eleven of the clock.
