979§ MR. VICTOR CAVENDISHI hope that the Second Report of the Coal Commission will be printed this week. It will be a merely formal Report submitting evidence, on the lines of the first Report. It will contain evidence given before the Commission up to the 21st of October last. The Report will not deal with the coal tax, as no evidence on the tax had been taken before October last.
