SWIFT MACNEILLI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether an appointment has yet been made to the post of Provost of Trinity College, Dublin, which has now for a considerable time been vacant; if the appointment has been made, why has there been no official announcement of the Fact; and, if the appointment has not been made, what is the reason of the delay.
