HC Deb 10 March 1904 vol 131 c732
MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry. W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will furnish a Return showing the names and official titles of the employees of the Irish Agricultural Department, respecting whom proposals for increase of salary have been made to the Treasury in connection with the Estimates for 1904–5, indicating at the same time such as are recurrent applications.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) Such a Return would be wholly without precedent, and I am unable, therefore, to grant it.
