HC Deb 10 March 1904 vol 131 c755
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that a county Wicklow landlord has applied to the Estates Commissioners to define as an estate for the purposes of the Land Purchase Act, 1903, that part of the landlord's property which is occupied by tenants willing to buy on the landlord's terms, and to exclude from the estate a number of holdings in possession of tenants who refuse to agree to the landlord's price; and, if so, will he state what has been the decision of the Estates Commissioners.

MR. WYNDHAM

No such application has been made to the Commissioners.
