§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WAR (Mr. ARNOLD-FORSTER,) Belfast, W.The Assistant Director of Contracts, Mr. Bull, was appointed on the 10th Novmember, 1903. The Director of Contracts, Mr. de la Bere, has been officiating since 14th December. He would, under ordinary circumstances, have received the pay of such appointment from the 11th instant.
