MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will introduce a clause in his proposed amending Land Bill, giving the tenants of an estate not principally agricultural or pastoral, but consisting of ground rents in a village with plots of land, who agree with their landlord as to the purchase price, the right to purchase under the Irish Land Act, 1903.
