HC Deb 09 March 1904 vol 131 c591
MR. WILLIAM REDMOND

I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will arrange that the House of Commons shall have an opportunity of considering the question of the expedition to Tibet before that expedition makes further advance.

THE PRIME MINISTER AND FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURY (Mr. A. J. BALFOUR,) Manchester, E.

At the present moment I no not think anything would be gained by a discussion of this question, and I do not propose to make any arrangement as suggested in the Question.
