HC Deb 09 March 1904 vol 131 c579
MR. P. J. O'BRIEN (Tipperary, N.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, in view of the fact that the Head Land Commission for the hearing of appeals for the fixing of fair rents has not sat in the district of North Tipperary since January, 1901, and that there are a number of cases still listed for hearing, he will sec his way to arrange for the next sitting of the Court at an early date.

MR. WYNDHAM

The last sitting of the Commissioners was in November, 1902. It embraced all appeals from the district lodged prior to January, 1901. The Commissioners will arrange a further sitting at as early a date as possible, having regard to the claims of other districts. *See page 460. ‡See (4) Debates, cxxii., 1791.
