§ *MR. LYTTELTONThe British South Africa Company and the Rhodesian Land and Mine-owners' Association have asked that permission may be given for the introduction of Chinese labourers under the Southern Rhodesia Ordinances No. 18 568 of 1901 and No. 3 of 1902. The request is under consideration.
