HC Deb 08 March 1904 vol 131 cc452-3
MR. T. M. HEALY (Louth, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has been able during the recess to devise any scheme enabling the tenants on properties where Trinity College is the head landlord to purchase their holdings; and if the suggestion of a Commission to inquire into the legal difficulties now meets with his approval.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) I think it would be desirable to appoint a Commission. The terms of reference are under consideration.
