§ MR. O'MALLEY (Galway, Connemara)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will consider the advisability of adopting for Great Britain a measure similar to the Ordinance lately promulgated for the Orange River Colony, which prohibits a firm, co-partnership, or company, carrying on the business of a pharmaceutical chemist in the dispensing of medicines or the compounding of poisons unless the directors are qualified persons.
