MR. WHITMORE (Chelsea)

To ask the Secretary to the Board of Education whether he can state what memorials, proceeding from what bodies and individuals, have been presented to the Board of Education, urging that the scheme of the London County Council for its future education committee should be modified so as to provide for the co-option to it of persons of experience in education.
