HEALY (Louth, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Fellows of Trinity College, Dublin, have unanimously memorialised the Crown in favour of the appointment of a Roman Catholic to the vacant provostship; if so, will he ascertain whether the governing body would be agreeable to the appointment of a Roman Catholic clergyman as 319 provost, and when will the vacancy be filled.
