SWIFT MACNEILL (Donegal, S.)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury, having regard to the fact that a communication was made to him asking whether there was any objection to the publication of the Report of the War Office Reconstruction Committee, and that in response to that communication that Report was published by him, by whom was that communication made.
