§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the present election of a clerk to the Mohill Loan Fund Board will be sanctioned by the Loan Fund Board in Dublin, having regard to the fact that the election was conducted irregularly, and a formal protest against the action of one of the candidates in presiding during a portion of the proceedings lodged.
