§ SIR SEYMOUR KING (Hull, Central)To ask the Secretary of State for India whether he will grant a Return of all changes in the regulations affecting the dress and equipment of officers in the Indian Staff Corps and Indian Army during the ten years ending 31st December 1903, showing the approximate cost of the changes in each rank to the officers concerned.
