JOSEPH DEVLIN (Kilkenny, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that the tenants on the Lalor end Nolan Estate, Damerstown, Castlecomer, have come to terms as to the purchase of their farms, under the Land Act, with the owners; and, if so, will he state the cause of delay in completing the negotiations.
