Member for Chorley, as representing the First Commissioner of Works, whether, before any further laying-out takes place of the new enclosure in Hyde Park on the north side of the Serpentine, an opportunity will be given to the House to express its opinion on the proposed change.
§ LORD BALCARRESThe outlay hiving been sanctioned by Parliament last year, there is no proposal before the First Commissioner to make further additions to the ground enclosing the frame houses.
