MR. CULLINAN (Tipperary, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, if he can state whether a time and place has as yet been fixed for the hearing of the appeals to the head Land Commission from the county of Tipperary which had been fixed, some time since, for hearing in Waterford on the 22nd instant but were struck off the list.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) No arrangements have yet been made for the hearing of the appeals referred to.
