§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will state the present position of the Annaly Estate with regard to its sale; whether the nine-teen tenants whose agreements to purchase I were signed but not sanctioned by the Land Commission will now have these agreements sanctioned by the Estates Commissioners; and whether, in the case of five evicted tenants on the estate, proposals for sale to them will now be considered.
§ MR. WYNDHAMNegotiations with these nineteen tenants are not yet complete. The Receiver will meet them very shortly and will also endeavour to deal with the evicted tenants.
